Terms of use

The service
Klambre is a private community for adults over 18. Access is not automatic: every application is reviewed by people on the team and may be accepted or rejected without any obligation to give reasons.
Access requirements
- Being over 18 and having the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- Providing truthful information in your application and profile.
- Passing the verification process where required: it checks your identity across three dimensions (photo/selfie, identity document and face scan).
Community rules
Klambre works because its members follow a few simple, non-negotiable rules:
- Consent rules: always explicit and revocable. A “no” is not up for negotiation and silence is not a “yes”.
- What happens here stays here: taking or circulating screenshots, names or stories about other members outside the community is prohibited. The app warns when someone attempts a screenshot and can block it; persisting is grounds for expulsion.
- Real people: truthful profiles. Fake profiles, impersonation and commercial behaviour unrelated to the club are prohibited.
- Lawful and consensual content: any illegal, violent or non-consensual content, or content involving minors, is prohibited; at the first sign of the latter the account is closed and the authorities are informed.
- Respect: harassment, discrimination and pressure on other members are not tolerated.
Consequences depend on severity: a warning, a temporary suspension or permanent expulsion. Reports are reviewed by people on the team, with safety reports taking priority, and decisions on these matters may be taken without any obligation to give reasons.
Content
The content you publish (photos, texts, messages) is yours. You grant Klambre a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host it and display it inside the community, solely in order to provide you with the service; we do not use it for advertising and we do not pass it on to third parties.
Profiles, photos and posts go through human moderation, and we may remove any content that breaches these rules or the law. If you see something that shouldn’t be there, report it from the app (there’s a button on every profile, message and post) or write to seguridad@klambre.com.
Subscriptions and payments
Creating an account is free. Subscription tiers are taken out from the app, billed monthly or yearly and renewed automatically until you cancel.
- If you subscribe from iOS or Android, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled through the App Store or Google Play, under each store’s rules.
- If payment is made on the web, it is processed by the payment gateway (Stripe); you can cancel from the app and the change takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
- Some one-off payments (event tickets, for example) may be handled manually; in that case they are confirmed once reviewed by the team.
Unless the law or the store says otherwise, we do not refund periods already enjoyed. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account: you carry on at the free tier.
Liability and termination
Klambre is a place to meet, but we are not party to what happens between members outside the app. We are not liable for other users’ acts; what we do is moderate, investigate reports and expel anyone who breaks the rules. The service is provided “as is”: we work to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You can close your account whenever you like from the app: you have 30 days of grace in case you change your mind and, after that, your data is erased. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, prioritising the safety of the other members.
These terms are governed by [PENDIENTE DATO: ley aplicable] and any dispute will be submitted to [PENDIENTE DATO: jurisdicción/fuero]. For any question about these terms, write to us at hola@klambre.com.
This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of these terms prevails.
